You have  planned the perfect wedding!  It's time to hand over the responsibilities to an event specialist, so that you can spend your time celebrating and enjoying your simply elegant event! The couple will meet  with their event specialist 30 days before the wedding to go over all the details of the big day. Simply Elegant Events will coordinate the rehearsal and be with you to make sure that everything plays out exactly how you planned it!

Inclusions:

  • Timeline Planning Meeting: We will review all last minute details and logistics of event - walk thru at event venue to discuss floor plan, and flow.
  • Logistics Coordination: Create a complete production and event timeline for event, create vendor contact sheets and distribute to all vendors
  • Wedding Party Timeline: Create Specific timeline for wedding party - distribute and review at rehearsal or to a provided email list the week of the wedding
  • Advisement and Confirmations: Reconfirm all event details the week of the event including set up and strike times, vendor meals, rider inclusions and details that will make the event run smoothly with no surprises!
  • Rehearsal: Direct or assist with rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, distribute wedding party timelines, etc. in conjuncture with or in lieu of officiant.
  • Coordinate Décor and Design:  Work with the florist and other relevant parties and assist with labor and all details for décor the day of the event to assure proper and timely execution
  • Production:  6 hours on day of event to supervise deliveries and help set up.
  • Manage all moving pieces of the event:   Direction of vendors, attend guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.

This package starts 30 days before wedding day and includes: 1 (one) "in person" consultation; 5 (five) half-hour phone calls during the planning session; and 10 (ten) email correspondences throughout planning process.

Simply Right

This package is designed for the couple who is starting to find this planning process overwhelming.  You've done some of the work yourself, but need some guidance and full access to a coordinator throughout the rest of the planning process. From budget coordination to vendor referrals. This package is our best value, as it includes a great deal of planning help, including wedding venue selection/negotiation, vendor recommendations and just the right level of communication and guidance for busy professionals. This is for the couple that wants all the benefits of having an "All Inclusive" planner but wouldn't necessarily benefit from the quantity of "in person" meetings and vendor visits that the Absolutely Elegant package offers.

Inclusions:

  • Venue Selection & Negotiation: We help you decide your wedding venue by listening to your theme and vision. Will go through pros and cons on each venue.
  • Budget Coordination: Create comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline for clients, which enable them to stay on track and on budget
  • Preferred Vendor Referrals: Facilitate choice of appropriate vendors including, but not limited to décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting, hotel room blocks for out of town guests, invitations and stationery, favors, staffing needs, transportation, event insurance, and more based on style, availability, and price.
  • Vendor Selection Process:   Streamline and make vendor introductions via email so client can make appointments with vendors based on their availability - a specified number of meetings to attend vendor meetings of client's choice. Review vendor contracts and make recommendations.
  • Timeline Planning Meeting: to review all last minute details and logistics of event - walk thru at event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc. if needed with caterer, venue contact, décor team and complete the comprehensive Supply event implementation detail checklist

This package starts at least 6 months before wedding day and includes: 1 (one) initial planning meeting to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities; 3 (three) "in person" consultations; 10 (ten) half hour phone calls during the planning session; and 20 (twenty) email correspondences throughout planning process.

Absolutely Elegant

This all-inclusive package is for the bride & groom looking for a support system during their planning that will be there every step of the way- that will take care of all of the details, do all of the leg-work, worrying and tedious particulars . This package is perfect for the couple that have an idea of what they want and how they want it, but have decided to delegate the responsibility and stress that goes into planning an event as important as a wedding, to professionals who advise, organize, research, bargain hunt, coordinate, communicate & plan for a living. This is the ultimate service for the busy couple who wants to enjoy the planning process and who anticipates the many overwhelming, details involved in planning a wedding and wants the luxury of having someone else manage the details

Inclusions:

  • Venue Selection & Negotiation: We help you decide your wedding venue by listening to your theme and vision. Will go through pros and cons on each venue.
  • Budget Coordination: Create comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline for clients, which enable them to stay on track and on budget

Streamline vendor introductions and set up appointments for clients based on their availability - Attend all vendor meetings with clients as needed.
  • Timeline Planning Meeting: to review all last minute details and logistics of event - walk thru at event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc. if needed with caterer, venue contact, décor team and complete the comprehensive Supply event implementation detail checklist.
  • RSVP Management: Manage mailing of invitations and managing RSVP's as needed for client and track all guest counts. Create seating chart and food cards if needed.
  • Logistics Coordination: Create a complete production and event timeline for event, create vendor contact sheets and distribute to all vendors. Develop and present design and flow concepts inspired by the client that are appropriate to the time of day and chosen setting.
  • Coordinate Décor and Design:  Work with the florist and other relevant parties and assist with labor and all details for décor the day of the event to assure proper and timely execution. Work with designated catering contact, floral designer, prop and rental companies, lighting technicians, etc. to carry concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event. Present unique ideas to compliment chosen design concept for invitations, favors, and all the other details going into the reception
  • Wedding Party Timeline: Create Specific timeline for wedding party - distribute and review at rehearsal or to a provided email list the week of the wedding.

This package starts at least 12 months before wedding day and includes: 1 (one) initial planning meeting to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities; 6 (six) "in person" consultations; Unlimited half hour phone calls during the planning session; and Unlimited email correspondence throughout planning process.
